DESCRIPTION | Mr San Peppy Bones- "Little Foot"
If you’re looking for a little horse that’s talented, handy, and honest, take a look at Little Foot! He has been my go-to mount for the past year and there isn’t much he hasn’t done. He was started as a Reined Cow Horse when he was younger and still handles around like one. Little Foot has been used on the ranch extensively; He will drag calves to the fire and pulls like a freight train. He’s great to pasture rope on and will hold rope while you doctor. He is extremely cowy and dynamite in the sorting ally. Little Foot is sure footed, and you better be careful where you point him because he won’t hesitate to go anywhere you ask. From the mountains to the plains, he’s seen it all from creek crossings, down timber, rocks, bogs, and bridges. While he’s amazing outside on the ranch or on trails he’s also equally talented in the arena. Little Foot has won Ranch Horse Competitions and Tail Horse Challenges. We have used him in several Ranch Rodeos, Stray Gather Roping’s, and Ranch Roping’s. Little Foot is a blast to ride and easily collects ups, does beautiful lead departures, spins, and slides. I have also used him the sale barn and he works gates with ease. He would make an amazing rope horse prospect; we have roped the hot heels on him but has not been started out of the box. As broke and cowy as this horse is, it wouldn’t take much before you could be winning checks on him. Little Foot is as honest as they come. Saddle him up any cold morning, step on and ride off. He has never bucked or been cinchy. Little Foot is very friendly and is easy to catch even in a big pasture. He’s good to shoe, load, tie, saddle, bridle, and hobble. This is truly a horse the whole family would enjoy. He has been ridden by kids, shown, ranched on, and used in the mountains. I feel blessed to have owned a horse like this and I’m so excited to show him to you. His sire Smart Sugar Badger as NCHA earnings of $178,000, and he is out of an own daughter of Mr San Peppy!! He will be shown at the Pitchfork branding, doctoring, reining, cutting, and tail course.
