My name is Kaylynn Sheldon and I am a reined cow horse trainer from Colorado currently living and training horses in Belgrade Montana. I have competed in the Colorado Reined Cow Horse Association and I actively compete in the reined cow horse and cutting show pen in Montana. I’ve competed in the Stockhorse of Texas Association and went to the world show in Abilene Texas in 2018 where I was top 10 in many events. I am a multiple NRCHA world show qualifier. Growing up I broke horses from my family’s breeding program, Hovander Family Paints and Sheldon Performance Horses, where I sold the colts into the cow horse and reining market. I love breaking horses to ride, providing a solid foundation that will allow the horse to travel into any aspect of riding, and above all I have a deep love for working cattle the old fashioned way, on horseback.
